Brian Geoghegan
Executive Vice President and Chief Product Officer
Brian has overseen the development of RealityVision from its inception, and works continuously with customers to ensure the product meets their most critical information requirements.
Brian has been managing teams and projects for over 24 years. He started on Capitol Hill in 1983, rising from unpaid student intern to head of Congressman Lee Hamilton’s Washington D.C. office. In 1993, Brian joined the international firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where he structured and negotiated corporate deals around the world, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, public and private financings and venture capital investments. His work ranged widely from a startup’s first round of private financing to $1+ billion construction financings in Asia, India and Turkey to the $20+ billion merger of The Coastal Corporation with El Paso Energy. In 1997, Brian helped to craft MCI's joint venture with BT and Telefónica.
In 2000, he joined PSINet Inc., where he was promoted to Vice President and served as part of the core management team. While there, he led numerous corporate deal teams, buying and selling assets in North America, Europe, Asia and Africa and negotiating other complex corporate transactions.
