David Kramer
President and Chief Executive Officer
With over a decade of experience with private and public equity, finance, capital markets, M&A and business matters, David brings a wealth of operational knowledge to the Reality Mobile team.
Prior to co-founding Reality Mobile, David served as Managing Director of Stanmore Capital LLC in Bethesda, Maryland. Working with some of the area's leading private equity and middle market M&A firms, David proved integral in identifying, structuring and negotiating investment transactions in the technology, IT consulting, consumer products, media and manufacturing areas.
As a Senior Vice President at PSINet Inc. – one of the world’s largest ISPs and bandwidth providers in the 1990s – David helped manage the complex operational integration of worldwide subsidiaries and many debt, equity, technology venture and capital raise transactions, and led specific M&A efforts in U.S., Latin America, Europe and Asia. In addition, David worked as a member of senior management in the ISP, Data Center and product services divisions of the company.
Prior to joining PSINet, David was a senior corporate and mergers and acquisitions attorney at Morgan Lewis LLP specializing in public and private securities offerings, private equity transactions and other complex business matters for business clients large and small.
Today, David provides the strategic business vision and leadership for Reality Mobile as well as the operational know-how to keep the company focused during its rapid growth.
