Barry Glauberman

Barry is a senior finance and business executive with a proven record of success in public and private companies. A leader and problem solver, with unique breadth of skills and ability to understand new businesses, key drivers, and important issues to maximize growth, profitability and shareholder value. He has completed acquisitions and divestitures of companies and corporate investments in North America, Europe and Asia/Pacific. He’s implemented process improvements, information systems, and reengineering initiatives resulting in multimillion dollar savings.

Barry has held executive positions in the technology and telecommunications industries, primarily with PSINet Inc. and Verizon Communications Inc. His areas of expertise include: strategic / financial planning, modeling and analysis, mergers & acquisitions, venture capital / private equity, valuation, due diligence, accounting & finance, budgeting & forecasting, process improvement, cost reduction, supply chain management, performance metrics, project management, building & leading teams, and business development. Barry served as a venture capital investor, portfolio manager, and adviser for a corporate venture fund. He has also been an engagement manager with A.T. Kearney, Inc. and an operations management consultant with Arthur D. Little, Inc.  

Barry earned an MBA in finance and marketing from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business, a BS in industrial engineering from Rutgers College of Engineering, and a BA in economics from Rutgers College.
