RealityVision 2.5.3 Now Available

Reality Mobile is pleased to announce RealityVision 2.5.3 - You can read the press release here.  Customers with current support and maintenance contracts and partners are entitled to this release.  You may download the software via our support website (support.realitymobile.com) or you may request the software on a CD-ROM. Please respond to support@realitymobile.com if you require a CD.

This release contains minor enhancements and bug fixes, including:

• Support for custom video adapters for integration of third party video sources and PTZ
  • Verint® Nextiva® IP cameras that support PTZ controls may be controlled from the various RealityVision applications
• Support for Verint Nextiva Media gateway integration through use of a custom video adapter.
  • Verint Nextiva feeds are accessible from the RealityVision Video Server as MIME-based Motion JPEG Streams
• Sierra Wireless – Airlink MP 597 for Sprint no longer loses connection after a reboot.
• Desktop clients can reliably use Sierra Wireless GPS steam.
• Blackberry can now connect to video server feed that requires credentials.
• On the Sprint Touch Pro, the network connection will retain when connecting to an invalid server.
• The Connection Screen no longer freezes when connecting to an invalid server for any devices.
• Windows Mobile devices now close the connection to the video server when exiting Watch functionality.
