Report Recognizes Reality Mobile’s Innovative, Real-Time Mobile Video and Visual Collaboration Technology

Herndon VA – May 22, 2012  - Reality Mobile®, a Virginia-based technology company delivering enterprise-class real-time mobile video collaboration solutions, announced that it has been selected by Gartner for inclusion in the firm’s April 24, 2012 “Cool Vendors in Business Continuity Management (BCM) and IT Disaster Recovery Management (IT DRM)” report.

Written by Gartner analysts Roberta J. Witty, John P. Morency, Leif Eriksen and Daryl C. Plummer, the report identifies a select group of up-and-coming technology providers offering very different sets of solutions to very different BCM and IT DRM challenges.

Each year, Gartner identifies new Cool Vendors in key technology areas and issues a series of research reports evaluating these innovative vendors and their products and services. Reality Mobile’s application offers a unique ability to enhance organizations’ mission-critical BCM/IT DRM functions such as crisis/incident management and emergency response by giving users access to data – particularly visual data – and expertise, throughout the organization and around the world, from any device.

“We are honored to be recognized by such a distinguished company as Gartner, said David Kramer, President and CEO of Reality Mobile.  “We believe this designation affirms both the value of our product and patent portfolio as well as our importance as a trusted, enterprise solutions vendor and partner.”

RealityVision allows for the sharing of live video, mission critical data and GPS tracking through commercially available hardware, smart phones, tablets, PCs, cameras,  and virtually any system (including cellular, tactical, Wi-Fi and satellite networks) currently being used for mobile communication, anywhere in the world. Any critical information seen in the field or on a PC screen – including SCADA data, 3D modeling, schematics, diagrams and much more - without any need for any integration with back-end systems - can be shared instantly and securely with everyone who needs to see it.
